This recipe is so delicious because it brings together so many of my favorite foods. It is such a nutritional powerhouse. Because it has very flavorful ingredients such as Gochujang sauce, soy sauce, and coconut aminos, it packs a umami punch.

Heating Instructions

Supper Thyme’s meals are served with the family in mind. Reheat lentils and rice in a pot on the stove or in the microwave. Top with yogurt and vegetables.
