We Deliver to Your Door
Deliveries are made twice each week—Sundays and Wednesdays—to select ZIP codes. Depending on the meals you choose, your order may arrive on one or both delivery days.
Orders are delivered between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., before dinnertime, in insulated Supper Thyme bags with recyclable, reusable dry ice packs designed to keep your meals cold for up to 24 hours.

How many meals can I order each week?

We deliver on Sundays and Wednesdays to select ZIP codes. Your meals may arrive on one or both delivery days depending on the menu items you select.
What time will my order arrive?
Deliveries are made between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Meals are packaged in insulated Supper Thyme bags with recyclable, reusable dry ice packs to help keep them cold for up to 24 hours.
Is there a subscription?
Yes. Supper Thyme operates as a weekly subscription service to ensure consistent access to fresh, chef-prepared meals.
The first order you make with Supper Thyme will dictate the number of meals you receive on a weekly basis if you select "subscribe." For example, if in your first order you order two meals with two servings each, the following week you will receive two meals with two servings. Your meals will automatically be pre-ordered for you, Chef's selection, unless you log into your account and manually select your meals for the upcoming week.
You can change your order size and select new meals from the current menu by our order cut off time, which is on Thursdays at 5 p.m.
If you cancel, pause, select your meals, or change your order size before 5 p.m. on Thursdays, Supper Thyme will honor the changes you made.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Your initial subscription includes a minimum two-week commitment. After that period, you may cancel at any time through your customer dashboard.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. After your initial two-week commitment, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime before the weekly cutoff of Thursday at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
When is the order deadline?
Menu selections, pauses, cancellations, and changes must be submitted by Thursday at 5:00 p.m. PST for the following week's deliveries.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to select ZIP codes in the Greater Los Angeles area. Enter your ZIP code during checkout to confirm availability.
How should I store my meals?
Refrigerate your meals upon arrival and enjoy them by the recommended use-by date. Follow the reheating instructions included with each meal for the best results.
